Our modern 14,000 SF facility
utilizes two molding processes.
In green sand, we have an
overhead sand system and
automated shake-out which
includes 4 squeezer lines. In Airset, (Nobake) we use a 200
lb. per minute high-speed mixer,
continuous loop conveyor and
mechanical sand reclaimer.
Melting includes three 600 lb.
crucible type gas fired furnaces
for aluminum (cap. 1,800 lb. per
hour) and two 400 lb. furnaces
for brass (cap. 800 lb. per
hour). Core making includes
shell, CO2 and several types of
Nobake.
Complete in-house machining is
available for component parts,
assemblies and castings. Other
services available include
testing, heat treating, metal
finishing and pattern making.
